Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you physically check in, we will hand you your digital keys.

Late checkouts will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.

PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM). IF YOU WILL BE LATE OR EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is a €50 surcharge for check-in after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

Late check-out after 10:00 AM is subject to a €15 surcharge per hour.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE FINED.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer crib services for families. However, we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
For separate beds, there is a €15 charge.

We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
