The space
You will have a large loft with an elegant and refined design, designed to offer a truly special stay.

The apartment is spread over two levels: lower floor and upper floor.

Lower floor:

-The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa that can transform into a practical sofa bed, complete with sheets, pillows and duvet. You can relax watching a movie thanks to the available TV.

-The open kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to prepare your favorite dishes. You will find an induction hob, plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, pots, pans, oven and dishwasher.

-The bathroom, spacious and bright, is equipped with bidet, sink, toilet, shower and hairdryer. In addition, you will find a practical courtesy kit.

Upper floor:

-On the upper floor there is the sleeping area, with a comfortable double bed, complete with sheets, duvet and pillows. You can store your personal belongings in the large wardrobe available.

The apartment is equipped with free and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for video conferences, downloading large files or simply surfing and watching movies.

In addition, you can take advantage of heating and air conditioning, to guarantee maximum comfort in every season.
Guest access
Personal recognition is mandatory at our office, as required by the law of Milan. As soon as you physically check in, we will give you the digital keys.

There is an extra cost for check-in after 9:00 pm of €50. We accept check-in until 11:45 pm and no later.

NoLo is a rapidly expanding neighborhood, a favorite destination for artists and designers. The area is very popular with young people due to the presence of numerous bars and restaurants. In the immediate vicinity, the presence of the Trotter Park allows you to take walks and relax in the greenery. Not far away, the Naviglio Martesana is among the most beautiful paths in Milan.

For families with children, we offer a cot service for €20.
For separate beds you must pay a supplement of €15.
