We welcome you to our wonderful, newly renovated apartment, thanks to the tiles we have chosen which give a modern and sophisticated style.

You will have access to a living room area with open kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom.

-The living room area is spacious, offers a sofa that converts into a sofa bed and a TV where you can watch your favorite movie.

-The kitchen offers all the essentials to allow you to cook your favorite dish: minibar, dishwasher, oven, sink, induction hob, plates, kitchen utensils, set of pots, set of pans and glasses.

-The sleeping area has a large double bed and a very spacious wardrobe where you can place your personal effects.

-The bathroom is private and has a shower cubicle, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer and you will be honored with a courtesy kit.

The apartment is suitable for 4 people.

Heating and cooling are independently managed.
Access for guests
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO DISCONNECT WIFI.
Anyone who is late at checkout will have a penalty to pay via Airbnb.
It is mandatory to fill in the link sent by us. We do not let the guest stay when we do not have the documents.

There is an extra cost of €50 in case of check-in after 9.00 pm. We accept check-ins until 11.45pm and no later.
Extra cost expected in case of late checkout after 10:00 am of €15 per hour.
IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families, but we need to know this in advance to prepare what is necessary for your baby. The rental supplement is only €20.
We simply ask you to let us know as soon as possible.
