You will have access to a large apartment located in the heart of Milan.

Thanks to the transport that you will find under the house, you can reach all areas of Milan in a short time.

Area well-stocked with restaurants, pubs, bars, supermarkets and shops of all kinds!

-The Duomo can be reached in just 15 minutes thanks to the subway that you will find under the house.
-The Central Station can be reached in 20 minutes.

The space
You will have access to a large apartment.

The apartment is divided into a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a bedroom.

-The kitchen is large and offers all the essentials to prepare your favorite dish.
You will find: fridge, freezer, sink, kitchen utensils, set of pots, set of pans, glasses, plates, oven and induction hob.

The kitchen is shared with other guests.

-You will have access to 2 bathrooms, both shared. They offer shower, toilet, sink, bidet, hairdryer and courtesy kit for each guest.

-The bedroom is spacious and guarantees maximum privacy.
It has a double bed, a space dedicated to work and a wardrobe where you can store your personal effects.

The apartment is equipped with a fan and heating.
Guest access
Whoever will be late at checkout, there will be a penalty to pay via Airbnb.
It is mandatory to fill in the link sent by us. We do not allow the guest to stay when we do not have the documents.

An extra cost of €50 is foreseen in case of check-in after 9:00 pm. We accept check-in until 11:45 pm and no later.
There is an extra charge for late checkout after 10:00 am of €15 per hour.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
