-The kitchen is open, offers all the essentials for cooking your favorite dish: minibar, oven, induction hob, sink, crockery, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, dishwasher and set of pots and pans.

-The bathroom offers a large shower, toilet, bidet, sink, washing machine, hairdryer, towels and you will be gifted with a courtesy kit which includes soap and shampoo.

Heating and cooling are independently managed.

Anyone who is late at checkout will have a penalty to pay via Airbnb.

There is an extra cost of €50 in case of check-in after 9.00 pm. We accept check-ins until 11.45pm and no later.
Extra cost expected in case of late checkout after 10:00 am of €15 per hour.
IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.

We also offer a cot service for families, but you need to know in advance to prepare what is necessary for your baby. The rental supplement is only €20. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
