The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and consists of three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 features a comfortable double bed, desk, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and mirror. The window is complete with curtains and blackout blinds to ensure maximum rest.

Bedroom 2 offers a large double bed, a desk, wardrobe, furniture with a TV, an elegant decorative painting, and access to a charming balcony. Curtains are also provided for privacy and comfort.

Bedroom 3 is functional and well-organized, with a desk and television, two small closets, and a large one complete with hangers for convenient storage. The window provides pleasant natural light.

The modern and well-finished bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, sink with mirror, window, washing machine, and heating.

The dining area is spacious and welcoming, with a table and chairs, perfect for sharing convivial moments. It is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, pots, and pans. From here, you can access a balcony, equipped with roller shutters and blackout windows.

The property also includes a very large balcony, ideal for enjoying relaxing moments in the open air.

Guest Access

Check-in takes place at our office, with access to the apartment available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Documents must be provided prior to arrival; failure to provide them will result in your reservation being denied.

If you plan to arrive early or late, please let us know via chat so we can better organize your arrival.

Any arrivals after 9:00 PM will incur a €50 surcharge. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM (no later than this time).

Check-out is by 10:00 AM; any delays will incur an additional €15 charge for each additional hour.

To ensure a trouble-free stay, we ask you not to disconnect the Wi-Fi; the access system may not function properly.

Please remember that respecting the house rules is essential; any violations may result in penalties.

We also offer crib service for families. However, we need to know this in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.

For separate beds, there is a €15 charge.

We simply ask you to let us know as soon as possible.
