The apartment is located just 2 minutes walk from the Crescenzago stop of the red metro (M2), which quickly connects to all the main areas of the city:

-10 minutes from the Central Station.
-20 minutes from the Duomo.
-15 minutes from the San Raffaele Hospital.

In the immediate vicinity you will find pubs, bars and restaurants, ideal for enjoying an aperitif or dinner after a day out in Milan.
The space
You will have access to a large loft with a refined style, designed down to the smallest details to make your stay truly unforgettable.

The apartment is spread over two floors: lower floor and upper floor.

Lower floor:

- The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa that turns into a practical sofa bed, complete with sheets, pillows and duvet.

- The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: induction hob, plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, pots and pans.

-Adjacent to the living area, you will find the bathroom: large and bright, it is equipped with bidet, sink, toilet, shower and hairdryer.
In addition, you will find a courtesy kit at your disposal.

Upper floor:

-On the upper floor is the sleeping area, which houses a comfortable double bed, complete with sheets, duvet and pillows.

In addition, you can enjoy heating and air conditioning for a comfortable stay in every season.
Guest access
Personal recognition is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you physically check in, we will give you the digital keys.

Those who check out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid via Airbnb.

PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM). IF YOU ARE LATE OR EARLY PLEASE WRITE IT IN CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an extra cost for check-in after 9:00 PM of €50. We accept check-in until 11:45 PM and no later.

There is an extra cost for late checkout after 10:00 AM of €15 per hour.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families. However, we need to know this in advance so that we can prepare the necessary for your baby.
The rental supplement is only €20.
For separate beds there is a cost of €15.

We simply ask you to communicate it as soon as possible.
