There is also a sofa that converts into a practical and comfortable sofa bed, ideal for additional guests. After a busy day, you can relax in front of the TV, watching your favorite movie or series. 📺
-🍽️ The dining area connects to the bright living area, enhanced by a large window that makes the space airy and welcoming. ☀️
There's a dining table perfect for sharing meals with your significant other, friends, or family.
-🍳 The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, coffee maker ☕, as well as pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
-🚿 The bathroom is complete with toilet, sink, shower, bidet, and hairdryer.
A washing machine is also available for free use. 🧺 A courtesy kit will also be provided for each guest! 🧴✨

Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we will hand over your digital keys.

Late checkouts will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.
PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM). IF YOU WILL BE LATE OR EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN CHAT! THANK YOU.
There is an additional charge of €50 for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM.
Late checkouts after 10:00 AM will incur a surcharge of €15 per hour.
FAIRING FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES WILL BE FINED.

We also offer crib services for families. However, we need to know this in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
For separate beds, there is a €15 charge.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
