You will stay in an apartment with a modern and refined design.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for a holiday with family, friends, partner or even for a business trip with colleagues.

The apartment is composed of: a bright and large living area with open kitchen, a bathroom.

-The living room area is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a double bed, perfect for a relaxing stay.
A large wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings.

-The kitchen is spacious and gives you the opportunity to cook your favorite dishes or enjoy an excellent Italian coffee.
The kitchen is equipped with: cutlery, plates, glasses, coffee machine, induction hob, mini-bar, dishes, set of pots, pans and kitchen utensils.

-The bathroom offers: shower, toilet, sink, bidet, hairdryer, set of towels and you will be given a courtesy kit that includes soap and shampoo.

It has totally free Wi-Fi, allowing you to surf or work in smart working with total speed and without interruptions.

The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
Guest access
Recognition in person is mandatory at our office, as required by the law of Milan. As soon as you physically check in, we will give you the digital keys.

There is an extra cost for check-in after 9:00 pm of €50. We accept check-in until 11:45 pm and no later.
There is an extra cost for late checkout after 10:00 am of €15 per hour.

We also offer a cot service for families, but we need to know in advance so that we can prepare the necessary for your baby.
