Living Room & Dining Area: A welcoming room divided by a stylish low partition wall that separates the entrance from the relaxation area. Here you will find a comfortable linear sofa with a coffee table, perfect for lounging. Next to it is the dining area, featuring a dining table with chairs and a convenient microwave right at hand.
Full Kitchen: A modern, fully equipped linear kitchen ready for all your needs. It features a stovetop, range hood, a spacious fridge with freezer, and, for maximum convenience during longer stays, a built-in washing machine.
Bedroom: Located in the charming attic section, the bedroom is intimate and bright thanks to a large French window leading outside. It hosts a comfortable double bed complete with linens and dedicated bedside tables.
Private Balcony/Terrace: The true highlight of the apartment, this wonderful private outdoor space offers open views over the rooftops of typical Milanese architecture. It is furnished with a round table and chairs, making it the ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening aperitivo at sunset.
Full Bathroom: Functional and compact, it includes a sink with a mirror, toilet, bidet, and a window ensuring great natural ventilation.
Guest access & Check-in policy
In-person identity verification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan city regulations. You will receive your apartment keys upon completing physical check-in.
KEY LOSS PENALTY: A €100 fee applies in the event of lost apartment keys.
LATE CHECKOUT: Guests checking out late will be subject to a fine charged via Airbnb.
CHECK-IN HOURS (15:00 - 21:00): Please respect the check-in schedule. If you expect to arrive early or late, please message us in the chat in advance. Thank you!
LATE CHECK-IN FEE: Arrivals after 21:00 incur an extra charge of €50. We accept late check-ins up until 23:45 strictly.
LATE CHECKOUT FEE: Postponed checkouts after 10:00 AM will be charged €15 per extra hour.
HOUSE RULES: Failure to respect the house rules will result in a penalty fee.
Other things to note
Baby Cot Service: We offer a baby cot for families upon request. Please inform us in advance so we can set it up for your baby. The rental fee is €20.
Twin Bed Setup: Requesting separate beds carries a fee of €15.
Private Taxi Service: To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer access to a partner taxi service with exclusive fixed rates, often more convenient than standard fares. Please notify us as early as possible if you wish to book it.
