The apartment includes a living area with open-plan kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom.

In the living area, you will find a cozy atmosphere with a fully equipped kitchen. It features a sofa that converts into a sofa bed and a TV that you can enjoy while relaxing and watching a movie.

The open-plan kitchen is spacious, functional, and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals:
Induction cooktop, pots, pans, utensils, sink, dining table, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and coffee machine.

The bedroom is elegant and spacious, with a large double bed, sheets, pillows, and duvet. You will also find a chest of drawers to conveniently store your personal belongings.

The bathroom is equipped with a large shower box, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, and hairdryer.

In addition, a courtesy kit will be available for your use.

The apartment also features high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for smart working or uninterrupted browsing.

Guest access
In-person identification at our office is mandatory, as required by Milan regulations. Once you complete the in-person check-in, you will receive the digital keys.

€100 penalty in case of lost apartment keys.

A €50 extra fee applies for check-in after 9:00 PM. We accept late check-ins until 11:45 PM, no later.

A €15 per hour extra fee applies for late check-out after 10:00 AM.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH HOUSE RULES WILL RESULT IN A PENALTY.

We offer a crib service for families. However, we need to be informed in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental supplement is only €20.

For separate beds, there is an additional cost of €15.
