You'll have access to a chic apartment that offers:
Living area with open-plan kitchen, sleeping area, and bathroom.

- Living area: very bright thanks to the large windows surrounding the apartment and the color scheme chosen by us. You'll find a sofa that converts to a sofa bed, a dining table with velvet chairs, and a TV where you can relax after a tiring day.

-Kitchen: Open-plan and equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite dish. A modern kitchen with an induction stovetop, mini-fridge, microwave, sink, pots and pans, dishwasher, glassware, and cutlery is at your disposal.

-Bedroom: Features a comfortable double bed with sheets, duvet, and pillows, and a spacious closet for storing your belongings.

-Bathroom: Equipped with a large shower, bidet, sink, mirror, hairdryer, towel set, and a courtesy kit for each guest.

The apartment is air-conditioned and available for free.

It also has free Wi-Fi, allowing you to browse the Internet or work remotely quickly and seamlessly.

Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we will hand you your digital keys.

Late checkouts will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.

PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM). IF YOU WILL BE LATE OR EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is an additional charge of €50 for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

There is an additional charge of €15 per hour for late checkout after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE FINED.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer crib service for families, but we need to let you know in advance so we can prepare everything you need for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
