The Space
Welcome to our bright and modern one-bedroom apartment in Milan! A stylishly designed and functional space, perfect for couples, families, or business travelers. You will find a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, and a Smart TV, as well as a comfortable master bedroom and an elegant bathroom with a shower. Strategic location: very close to the Villapizzone train station and well-connected to the Politecnico di Milano (Bovisa campus), Porta Garibaldi, and the city center via public transport.
The accommodation opens onto a spacious living area which includes:
Living Room: Equipped with a comfortable sofa, an additional checkered sofa bed, a Smart TV, and a dining area with a high table for 4 people.
Open-Plan Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and refrigerator.
Master Bedroom: A quiet and relaxing room with a wooden double bed, full-height mirrored wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.
Modern Bathroom: An elegant bathroom tiled in beige and gray tones, complete with a large walk-in glass shower, modern sink with stylish black fixtures, bidet, and toilet facilities.
Guest Access
In-person identity verification is mandatory at our office, as required by local Milan regulations. As soon as you complete the physical check-in, we will hand over the keys.

Guests who check out late will be subject to a penalty fee payable via Airbnb.
PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN HOURS (3:00 PM – 9:00 PM). IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE INFORM US IN THE CHAT! THANK YOU.
There is an extra charge of €50 for late check-in after 9:00 PM. We accept late check-ins until 11:45 PM at the latest.
There is an extra charge for late check-out after 10:00 AM of €15 per hour.
IF HOUSE RULES ARE NOT RESPECTED, PENALTIES WILL APPLY.
Other Things to Note
We offer a baby cot service for families upon request. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare everything needed for your baby.
The rental fee for the cot is €20.
For separated beds, there is an extra charge of €15.
To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer our guests access to a partner taxi service with exclusive fixed rates, often lower than standard taxi fares.
Please let us know as early as possible if you wish to use this service.
