To illuminate and ventilate the room there are large windows that overlook the internal courtyard of the building.

The apartment consists of a living room area, coffee corner, sleeping area, kitchen and bathroom.

-The living room area has a sofa that converts into a comfortable sofa bed.

-The coffee corner is well equipped with a coffee machine, ideal for a good breakfast.

-The kitchen is well equipped with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, crockery, plates, glasses, pans, pots, coffee machine and fridge.

-The sleeping area offers a large double bed, storage for your personal belongings and a TV.

-The bathroom is equipped with toilet, bidet, sink, shower, hairdryer. We offer free towels and courtesy kits.

The heating and air conditioning are automatic.

There is Wi-Fi, which is particularly fast, perfect for smart working but also for browsing in peace without interruptions.

Anyone who checks out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.

There is an extra cost of €50 in case of check-in after 9.00 pm. We accept check-ins until 11.45pm and no later.
Extra cost of €15 per hour in case of late check-out after 10:00 am.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
