The apartment has been recently renovated with a modern and refined design, designed to offer a stay experience characterized by comfort and relaxation.

Located in the heart of Milan, it enjoys excellent public transport links, allowing you to explore the city easily and quickly reach the main tourist attractions.

The surrounding area is full of high-quality services, including restaurants, bars, supermarkets, parks and numerous pubs.
The space
You will have access to a large soft, with a boho chic style and has been designed down to the smallest details to make your stay unforgettable.

The environment is bright and welcoming, with colors chosen to create an elegant and relaxing atmosphere.

The apartment is divided into two floors: on the lower floor you will find the living room area, the open kitchen, the bathroom, while on the upper floor there is the sleeping area.

On the lower floor:

-Living room area: offers a sofa that can be transformed into a sofa bed, equipped with sheets, pillows, duvet and a TV that you can use to relax watching a film.

-The kitchen is very large and has everything you need to cook your favorite dish. You will find: fridge, freezer, induction hob, set of pots and pans, plates, cutlery, oven, dishwasher, glasses, sink and dining table.

-The bathroom, refined and chic, is decorated with emerald green tiles that create a pleasant contrast with the furnishings.

It is equipped with a large shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror and hairdryer.
In addition, you will find a courtesy kit at your disposal.

Upstairs:

-The sleeping area: going up the stairs you will find a large double bed, very comfortable equipped with sheets, pillows and duvet.
You will also find a wardrobe to conveniently store your personal belongings.

Wi-Fi is free and very fast, perfect for work video calls, downloading very large files and browsing social media, or simply watching a movie.

Air conditioning and heating will guarantee maximum comfort in every season.

Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as per the regulations of the Milan law. As soon as you physically check in, we will give you the digital keys.

Those who are late at check-out will have a penalty to pay via Airbnb.

It is mandatory to fill in the link sent by us. We do not allow the guest to stay when we do not have the documents.

An extra cost of €50 is foreseen in case of check-in after 9:00 pm. We accept check-ins until 11:45 pm and no later.
There is an extra cost for late checkout after 10:00 am of €15 per hour.
IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families. However, we need to know this in advance so that we can prepare the necessary for your baby.
The rental supplement is only €20.
For separate beds there is a cost of €15.
