Thanks to its strategic location, you can easily reach all the main attractions of Milan in a very short time, thanks to the public transport that you find in the immediate vicinity.
The space
The apartment offers a large living room with a modern style, designed down to the smallest details to make your stay truly special.

The environment is bright and welcoming, with shades selected to create an elegant and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for every moment of the day.

The apartment is spread over two floors: on the lower floor you will find the living area, the open kitchen and the bathroom, while on the upper floor there is the sleeping area.

Lower floor:

Living area: The living room is furnished with a sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable sofa bed, complete with sheets, pillows and duvet. A TV is available for moments of relaxation with a film or a series.

Kitchen: The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. You will find a fridge, freezer, induction hob, set of pots and pans, plates, cutlery, oven, dishwasher, glasses, sink and a dining table.

Bathroom: Elegant and refined, it is equipped with a large shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror and hairdryer. In addition, you will find a courtesy kit for your comfort.

Upper floor:

Sleeping area: On the upper floor, you will find a large and comfortable double bed, complete with sheets, pillows and duvet. A spacious wardrobe is available to conveniently store your personal belongings.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring maximum comfort in every season, both in summer and winter.
Guest access
Personal recognition is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you physically check in, we will give you the digital keys.

Those who will be late at check-out, there will be a penalty to pay through Airbnb.

It is mandatory to fill in the link sent by us. We do not allow the guest to stay when we do not have the documents.

There is an extra cost for check-in after 9:00 pm of €50. We accept check-in up to 11:45 pm and no later.
There is an extra cost for late checkout after 10:00 am of €15 per hour.
IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families. However, we need to know this in advance so that we can prepare the necessary things for your baby.
The rental supplement is only €20.
For separate beds there is a cost of €15.
