The apartment is composed of:

a spacious living area with open kitchen, a bedroom, an elegant bathroom.

The living area is bright, thanks to the colors carefully chosen to create a welcoming atmosphere.

It is furnished with a comfortable sofa, which transforms into a practical sofa bed, complete with sheets, pillows and duvet.

You can also relax watching TV, perhaps with a good film.

The open kitchen has a modern and functional style, and is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. It has an induction hob, a set of pots, pans, kitchen utensils, a sink, a kettle, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer.

The bedroom is elegant and spacious, with a large double bed, provided with sheets, pillows and a duvet.

You will also find a wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings.

The bathroom is chic and refined, with emerald green tiles that create a pleasant contrast with the furnishings.

It is equipped with a large shower cubicle, toilet, bidet, sink, a mirror and a hairdryer. In addition, you will be offered a courtesy kit.

The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for working in smart working or simply surfing without interruptions.

Guest access
Personal recognition is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you physically check in, we will give you the digital keys.

Those who will be late at check-out will have a penalty to pay via Airbnb.

It is mandatory to fill in the link sent by us. We do not let the guest stay when we do not have the documents.

An extra cost of €50 is foreseen in case of check-in after 9:00 pm. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 pm and no later.
An extra cost of €15 per hour is foreseen in case of late checkout after 10:00 am.
IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families. However, we need to know this in advance so that we can prepare the necessary items for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
For separate beds there is a cost of €15.
