- Sleeping area: a cozy and well-organized space, with a practical Murphy bed that optimizes space during the day.
Next door, you'll find a comfortable sofa, perfect for reading a book or watching TV after a busy day. The large closet will allow you to conveniently store your belongings.

- Kitchen: spacious, bright, and fully equipped, it will welcome you with everything you need to feel at home. It is equipped with a traditional oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, coffee maker, dishes, plates, glasses, and a practical dining table for enjoying your meals. A second TV is also located in the kitchen, perfect for enjoying breakfast or a relaxing dinner.

- Bathroom: modern and functional, it offers a spacious shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and free-to-use washing machine. A hairdryer, fresh towels for each guest, and a courtesy kit with all the essentials for your stay are also included.

Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we will hand over your digital keys.

There is a €50 surcharge for check-in after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

There is a €15 surcharge for late checkout after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE FINED.

We also offer crib service for families, but we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
