The apartment consists of:

A cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city
A comfortable bedroom designed for maximum rest

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, and hairdryer. You will also find a complimentary toiletries kit for your comfort.

Thanks to its smart layout, the apartment is practical, welcoming, and suitable for both short and long stays.

🍝 Kitchen & relax
The kitchen is integrated into the living area and includes everything you need to prepare your meals: induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and coffee machines.

The living area is also perfect for relaxing in front of the TV.

📍 The neighborhood
Located in a quiet area, the apartment is well connected, making it easy to reach the city center and Milan’s main attractions.

The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning and heating, ensuring maximum comfort in every season, both summer and winter.

🔑 Guest access
In-person identification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan regulations. Once you complete the physical check-in, you will be provided with digital keys.

⚠️ DO NOT UNPLUG THE WIFI! You may lose access to the apartment!

Please respect check-in hours (3:00 PM – 9:00 PM). If you are early or delayed, kindly inform us via chat. Thank you!

Late check-in after 9:00 PM is subject to an extra fee of €50. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM only.

Late check-out after 10:00 AM is subject to an extra fee of €15 per hour.

Failure to comply with house rules will result in a penalty.

ℹ️ Other things to note
We offer a baby crib service for families. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare everything for your baby.
The rental supplement is €20.

If you require separate beds, there is an additional cost of €15.
