The living area has a comfortable sofa bed, TV and an open kitchen that offers the possibility of cooking your favorite dish, thanks to the utensils you will find: dining table, oven, dishwasher, sink, cutlery, glasses, plates and set of pots/pans, and induction hob.

The bedroom is very bright and offers a large double bed, a wardrobe where you can place your personal items and you will also find clean sheets offered by us.

The bathroom is very chic and equipped with toilet, bidet, sink, mirror and shower. We offer free towels and courtesy kits. You can also use the washing machine for free.

The heating is autonomous, and you will also find air conditioning in the hottest periods without any limits.

It has free Wi-Fi connection with speeds of up to 1 Gbps, perfect for work video calls, downloading very large files and browsing social media, or simply for watching a movie.
