The space
You'll have access to an entire apartment furnished with a modern and refined design, combining comfort and style.

The apartment is equipped with all the comforts to allow you to relax and enjoy complete tranquility.

It features a living area with an open kitchen, a sleeping area, and a private bathroom.

The living area is styled in a Boho Chic style; you'll find a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, a wall unit with a SMART TV, and a dining table.

The open-plan kitchen offers everything you need to cook your favorite meal. You'll find a fridge, freezer, oven, induction cooktop, sink, dishwasher, glasses, plates, cutlery, pots and pans.

The bedroom features a very comfortable double bed and a spacious closet for storing your belongings.

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a spacious shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries for each guest.

The apartment is heated and air-conditioned, which you can use free of charge.

It also has free Wi-Fi, allowing you to browse the internet or work remotely quickly and without interruptions.

Guest Access
Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in in person, we will give you your digital keys.

There is a €50 surcharge for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

There is a €15 per hour surcharge for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE FINED.

Other things to keep in mind
Milan Cathedral is just 15 minutes away by public transport (just 7 stops), and the red metro line is close to where you'll be staying.

Milan Central Station is just a 30-minute walk away, but you can still use public transport and it will only take 15 minutes (bus 87 or the metro).

Transportation options near the house:
Buses: 53, 56, 62, 87, 90, and 91.
Subway: M1 (PASTEUR).

We offer a crib service for families, but we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby. The rental fee is only €20. Please let us know as soon as possible.
