You will have at your disposal an entire apartment located on the second floor, recently renovated with a modern style.

The apartment has all the comforts to allow you to relax and enjoy total tranquility. It has: living room area with open kitchen, sleeping area, private bathroom and balcony.

-The living room area offers a sofa that transforms into a sofa bed and includes an open kitchen, elegant with golden touches on the handles. The kitchen is open to view and offers all the essentials to allow you to cook your favorite dish. You will find: fridge, microwave oven, induction hob, sink, crockery, glasses, set of pots and pans and coffee machine.

-The sleeping area is spacious and has a large wardrobe where you can safely put your clothes and personal effects, a large double bed with clean sheets and blankets.

-The bathroom is very chic and you will find a large shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, towels and a courtesy kit which includes shower gel, soap and shampoo.

-The balcony is shared.

It also has totally free WIFI, allowing you to browse or work smartly in total speed and without interruptions.

It is suitable for 4 people, thanks to the sofa bed that you will find in the living room.

Heating and cooling are independently managed.

The security cameras are external and film the entrance to the condominiums' entrance.
THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE APARTMENT.
Other things to keep in mind
The Milan Cathedral is only 15 minutes away by public transport (only 7 stops), you will find the red metro near the house where you will be staying.

The Central Station is only 30 minutes away on foot but you can still use public transport and it will only take 15 minutes (bus 87 or the metro).

VEHICLES that you will find near home:
Buses: 53, 56, 62, 87, 90 and 91.
Metro: M1 (PASTEUR).




We offer a cot service for families, but we need to know in advance to prepare what is necessary for your baby. The rental supplement is only €20. We ask you to communicate this as soon as possible.
