🔑 Mandatory In-Person Check-in
As required by the Municipality of Milan regulations, in-person identification is mandatory at our office.
Once you have checked in in person, we will give you digital keys to access the apartment.
⚠️ Lost Keys
In case of lost keys, a €100 penalty will apply.

📶 Important: Do not disconnect the Wi-Fi!
If you turn off the router, you risk losing access to the apartment.

🕒 Check-in times: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Please let us know via chat if you plan to arrive early or late. Thank you!

🌙 Late Check-in (after 9:00 PM)
A €50 fee applies. We accept arrivals up to 11:45 PM, no later.

🚪 Check-out by 10:00 AM
In case of late arrival, a €15 fee will apply for each additional hour.

💸 Late Checkout
Anyone who checks out after the scheduled time without authorization will be subject to a penalty through Airbnb.

📜 House Rules
Respecting the rules is essential to ensure a good experience for all guests. Serious violations will result in fines.

We also offer a crib service for families, but we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
