We are delighted to welcome you to this carefully curated apartment, designed to offer you a comfortable, elegant, and memorable stay.

The tastefully selected tiles enhance the minimal, contemporary design, while the predominant shades of blue and black give the space a refined and welcoming atmosphere. This palette inspired the name "Blue Room": a distinctive space where style and comfort meet.

The apartment offers:

- Living area with double bed, sofa bed, and flat-screen TV for moments of relaxation in total comfort.

- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with induction stovetop, cookware, dishes, dishwasher, sink, minibar, coffee maker, dining table, and chairs.

- Private bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries for each guest.

- Fast, free Wi-Fi, ideal for surfing the web, streaming content, or working remotely without interruptions.

🔑 Mandatory in-person check-in

As required by Milan City Council regulations, in-person identification is mandatory at our office.

Once you have checked in, we will provide you with digital keys to access the apartment.

⚠️ Lost keys
Lost keys will incur a €100 penalty.

📶 Important: Do not disconnect the Wi-Fi!
If you turn off the router, you risk losing access to the apartment.

🕒 Check-in times: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Please let us know via chat if you plan to arrive early or late. Thank you!

🌙 Late check-in (after 9:00 PM)
There is a €50 fee. We accept arrivals until 11:45 PM, no later.

🚪 Check-out by 10:00 AM
A late arrival will incur a €15 fee for each additional hour.

💸 Late checkout
Anyone who checks out after hours without authorization will be subject to a penalty through Airbnb.

📜 House Rules
