Space
We welcome you to the GramugliHouse! Inside a historic and elegant building in typical style
in the area, a very modern home awaits you ready to accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
You will be able to enter the property independently thanks to a simple self check-in system. You will receive the
instructions after booking.
The apartment is divided by the central living area with open kitchen and then on one side you will have a
double bedroom and complete bathroom and on the other the second service bathroom and the second
bedroom located on the upper floor in order to optimize privacy

Completely newly built and finely furnished, the property is equipped with an armored door and is
characterized by the brightness coming from the numerous large windows and the sophisticated heating system
lighting that makes the environment bright, fresh and welcoming, enhancing the tones of white and
of the greenery that distinguish the house. At its entrance there is a comfortable LIVING AREA
which includes an opening dining table, with colorful designer chairs, and a comfortable manufactured sofa
handcrafted which, if necessary, can become a full-blown double bed and a 4K Smart TV
with Netflix, Youtube, etc.
The KITCHEN is bright white which matches perfectly with the wood colored floor;
the latter is equipped with an induction hob as well as every other comfort you could wish for such as:
kettle, NESPRESSO coffee machine, cutlery, glasses, glasses, kitchen utensils etc. in order to
satisfy your every need.
The living area divides the two sleeping areas, on one side:
the 1st BEDROOM equipped with a large double bed, suspended bedside tables with relative light
reading, closet, full length mirror and private window. The 1st BATHROOM with sink and bathroom fixtures complete with
bidet and a large shower with glass entrance,
On the other side you will access a small corridor that acts as an antechamber in which there is a
Custom-made wardrobe and hat rack, perfect for storing your personal effects and clothes. None
suitcase out of the way, there's room for that too! This anteroom will lead you to the 2nd service BATHROOM
equipped with a large mirror, suspended toilet and sink; then to the staircase that leads to the upper floor where you will find
the 2nd BEDROOM also equipped with a large double bed, comfortable wardrobe and window
private.
Each room has a private door and air conditioning so privacy is guaranteed.

Included in your accommodation you can use a hairdryer completely free of charge,
dishwasher, washer dryer, iron and ironing board.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible.
