The accommodation features two separate bedrooms: a master bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe and balcony access, and a second bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children, friends, or colleagues. You will also find a pleasant living area with a sofa and TV, a modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and a lovely furnished private balcony overlooking lush greenery. Equipped with air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi for a fully comfortable stay!

The Space
Welcome to our refined apartment, a modern, quiet space filled with natural light thanks to the large French doors in every room.

Furnished in a contemporary style that highlights the contrast between the white walls and the stone-grey flooring, the property consists of:
Private Balcony: The real highlight of the home! A private outdoor space surrounded by lush green trees, furnished with a small table and chairs to enjoy breakfast outdoors or relax at the end of the day.
Master Bedroom: Spacious and welcoming, featuring a double bed with an elegantly crafted headboard, an impressive 6-door full-height wardrobe to perfectly organize your clothes, a dresser, and direct access to the balcony.
Living Area / Second Room: A versatile space equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, wall-mounted Smart TV, chest of drawers, dedicated smart-working station with a table/desk, and large windows overlooking the park.
Designer Bathroom: Elegant and finely tiled in dark stone-effect finish, with a window, a large walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead, a modern countertop sink, a bidet, and a heated towel rail.
Guest Access
To access the apartment, identity verification is mandatory, as required by Milan city regulations.

For your convenience, we offer two check-in options:
Online Self Check-in: A 100% digital process to access the apartment directly and independently.
In-Person Check-in: Key collection and registration in person at our office.
Check-in & House Rules:
Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Please let us know your preferred check-in method and estimated arrival time via chat so we can organize everything smoothly!
Late check-in: For arrivals after 9:00 PM, a €50 extra fee applies. We accept check-ins up until 11:45 PM and no later.
Check-out time: By 10:00 AM. Late check-out (subject to availability and prior agreement) incurs a fee of €15 per hour.
Lost keys: A €100 fee will be charged in case of lost apartment keys.
Please respect the house rules to avoid penalty fees processed directly through the platform. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note
We also offer a baby cot service for families. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare everything needed for your baby.
The rental fee is just €20.

If you require separate beds, there is a supplement of €15.

To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer our guests access to a partner taxi service with exclusive, fixed rates that are often more convenient than standard prices.
