The Central Station can also be reached in just 15 minutes by metro.
Suitable for couples, friends, families, work colleagues or for those who have little time and want to visit the wonderful Milan.

The apartment is very bright thanks to the colors we chose. It has a minimalist style and you will feel at home.
The apartment is divided into: living room area with open kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom.
The living room area offers a sofa that is convertible into a sofa bed and a dining table accompanied by velvet chairs.
The kitchen is open, you will have a complete kitchen that offers everything you need to prepare your favorite dish: induction hob, plates, cutlery, glasses, set of pots, set of pans, sink, oven, fridge and freezer.
The sleeping area is large and has two beds: a double bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe where you can place your personal effects.
The bathroom has a bidet, toilet, large shower cubicle, sink, hairdryer and you will be provided with a courtesy kit for each guest.
It also has totally free WIFI, offering you the possibility of browsing or working in smart working in total speed and without interruptions.

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO UNPLUG THE WIFI PLUG! YOU RISK NOT BEING ABLE TO ENTER!
Late checkouts will be subject to a late fee, payable through Airbnb.
It is mandatory to complete the link sent by us. We cannot accommodate the guest if we do not have the documents.
RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES (3pm - 9pm). IF YOU ARE LATE OR EARLY PLEASE WRITE IT IN THE CHAT! THANK YOU.
There is an extra cost of €50 for check-in after 9pm. We accept check-ins until 11.45pm and no later.
There is an extra cost of €15 per hour in case of late checkout after 10:00 am.
IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.

We also offer a cot service for families, but you need to know in advance to prepare what is necessary for your baby. The rental supplement is only €20. We simply ask you to let us know as soon as possible.
