Large Covered Terrace: Generous private terrace fitted with an outdoor mosaic dining table and chairs, perfect for al fresco breakfast or dining.
Master Bedroom: Spacious double room with a solid wooden double bed frame, curved bedside tables, a huge sliding-door wardrobe, air conditioning, and a large window.
Second Bedroom: Functional twin room with a main single bed, pull-out trundle bed, overhead bridge wardrobe, and a dedicated desk and shelving for study or remote work.
Living Area / Additional Room: Comfortable setup featuring a sofa that easily opens into a double bed, full-size wardrobe, and direct balcony access.
Bathrooms (1 Full Bathroom + 1 Half Bathroom):
Main Bathroom (Full): Exceptionally spacious, featuring a double vanity sink unit, full-width wall mirror, bathtub, and bidet.
Half Bathroom (Powder Room): Equipped with a vanity sink, toilet, and top-loading washing machine.

In compliance with Milan City regulations, ID verification is mandatory prior to key collection. Choose your preferred option:
Online Self Check-in: 100% digital verification process with keyless access 🔐
In-Person Check-in: Key collection and ID verification at our office (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM) 🏢
Standard Check-in: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM. (Please kindly inform us in the chat about your estimated arrival time).
Late Check-in: €50 from 9:00 PM to 11:45 PM.
Early Check-in & Late Check-out: €15/hour (upon request and availability).
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Lost Keys: €100 penalty fee.
