Very bright, it is located on the third floor with lift of a typical building in the Bolognese area.
Once past the entrance through the armored door you will find:

- A LIVING area dedicated to relaxation, a very comfortable sofa which, if necessary, can become a king size bed (200 cm x 145 cm) from which to enjoy the 4K Smart TV equipped with Netflix, YouTube etc.. a dining table, on which you will also be able to work in peace and a large French window which leads to the large terrace furnished with a wooden table and chairs, perfect for a dinner under the moon.

- The open KITCHEN, fully equipped, has a fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, tea kettle, cutlery and other items.

- The BATHROOM has complete bathroom fixtures and is characterized by a large shower cabin with glass entrance, as well as a wall unit useful for storing hairdryers, brushes and all your personal effects.

- In the BEDROOM you will find a comfortable king size double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a large window that illuminates the room and a huge wardrobe where you can store your clothes. There are shutters in all windows to ensure a peaceful rest in the dark.
