- Lower level: living area, kitchen, and bathroom.
- Upper level: sleeping area.

Lower level:

- Living area: a cozy space with a sofa that converts into a bed, and a dedicated work or study area with a desk and chair.

-Kitchen: Fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals, it features a mini-fridge, stovetop, cookware and tableware, oven, glasses, sink, dining table, and a TV.

-Bathroom: Modern and functional, featuring a spacious shower, bidet, sink, toilet, hairdryer, courtesy kit, and towel set for each guest.

Upper floor:

-Sleeping area: Two comfortable single beds with high-quality linens, accessible via an internal staircase.

Guest access
Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we will provide you with digital keys.

There is a €50 surcharge for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

There is a €15 per hour surcharge for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.
