The space
You will find yourself in a luxurious apartment, furnished with prestigious furniture carefully selected by us.
Designed and renovated with an elegant and modern style, it is ready to satisfy every need of our guests, making your stay unforgettable.

The apartment has: a living area, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, bathroom, balcony and laundry.

- The living area is large, bright and offers a wonderful contrast between the black and Tiffany green colors.
It has two sofas, one of which converts into a sofa bed, an armchair, a dining table and a SMART TV with access to YouTube.

- The open kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook your favorite dish. It offers: induction hob, dishwasher, CREATE refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave oven, kitchen utensils, sink, toaster, kettle, plates, glasses and a set of pots / pans.
The vintage style blends harmoniously with the modern one.

- The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe to store all your personal belongings.
Sheets and towels are provided for each guest.

- The second bedroom has two single beds, also very comfortable, and a wardrobe to store your personal belongings.

- The bathroom is chic and modern, with a large shower, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.
You will be given a courtesy kit for each guest.

- The balcony is private, perfect for relaxing while sipping a coffee and enjoying a wonderful view of Milan.

-The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine (free to use), a clothes horse and an iron.

The apartment is air conditioned and has heating and air conditioning.

The apartment is located on the third floor with a lift.

There is an extra cost of €50 in case of check-in after 9:00 pm. We accept check-in until 11:45 pm and no later.
There is an extra cost in case of late checkout after 10:00 am of €15 per hour.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
