The space

The apartment has just been renovated and cared for in the smallest details to make your stay comfortable.

The apartment offers a large living room with open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

-The living room has a modern style and offers a sofa bed for one person and a TV where you can relax watching a movie. You will also find an open kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite dish: stove, oven, fridge, freezer, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, coffee machine, sink and a dining table.

-The bedroom is equipped with two beds, a double bed and a single bed. You will find a large wardrobe with many compartments where you can store your personal belongings. The linen will be provided by us: set of sheets, duvet and towels for each guest.

-The bathroom offers a large shower, bidet, sink and toilet. You will also find the washing machine where you can wash your clothes for free.

The apartment also has totally free WIFI, perfect for surfing or working in smart working without interruptions.

We offer clean linen and towels at no additional cost.

We also offer a cot service for families, but it is necessary to notify us in advance to prepare everything necessary for your baby.

The rental supplement is only € 20.

The security cameras are positioned outside and film the entrance of the condominiums.
