It also has totally free WIFI, offering the possibility of browsing or working in smart working quickly and without interruptions.

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO UNPLUG THE WIFI PLUG! YOU RISK NOT ENTER!
Anyone who is late at check-out will have a penalty to pay via Airbnb.
It is mandatory to fill in the link sent by us. We do not let the guest stay when we do not have the documents.
RESPECT CHECKIN TIMES (15/21) IF YOU ARE LATE OR EARLY PLEASE WRITE IT IN THE CHAT! THANK YOU.
Extra cost expected in case of check-in after 9.00 pm of €50. We accept check-ins until 11.45pm and no later.
Extra cost expected in case of late checkout after 10:00 am of €15 per hour.
IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.

We also offer a cot service for families, but we need to know this in advance so that we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental supplement is only €20.
