Elegant two-room apartment on the second floor with elevator, located in the heart of the vibrant Paolo Sarpi neighborhood, just steps from Moscova. The elegant building features a concierge and a well-maintained internal courtyard. The apartment offers a small balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bright living area with a designer sofa. Excellent access to trams, buses, and the M2 Moscova subway line makes it ideal for easily navigating Milan. Tram lines 2, 4, and 12 are also nearby.

SPACE
The apartment comprises a spacious, bright living room with a designer sofa, coffee table, and access to a charming balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast al fresco. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities: a refrigerator, oven, microwave, stove, kettle, and coffee maker, as well as dishes, cutlery, and utensils for self-catering.

The modern and welcoming bedroom features a double bed and a large wardrobe to perfectly organize the living area, with access to a second balcony. The renovated and functional bathroom has a shower, bidet, and washing machine.

Amenities include air conditioning, heating, fast Wi-Fi, a TV, bed linens and towels, a hairdryer, an iron, toiletries (shampoo, soap, shower gel), and a dedicated workspace. The apartment is also equipped with a smoke and carbon monoxide detector for maximum security.

Guests also have access to extra pillows and blankets, a clothesline, hangers, luggage storage (upon request), and long-term stays. For those traveling with children, a travel crib is available upon request (for a surcharge). A cleaning service during your stay is available for a fee.

GETTING AROUND
The area is well-connected by trams (lines 2, 4, and 12), buses, and the M2 Moscova metro line, which is within walking distance, allowing you to easily explore the entire city. Restaurants, bars, shops, and all essential services are nearby.

Guest Access
Check-in takes place at our office, with access to the apartment available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Documents must be provided prior to arrival; failure to provide them will prevent your stay from proceeding.

If you plan to arrive early or late, please let us know via chat so we can better organize your arrival.

A surcharge of €50 applies for arrivals after 9:00 PM. Check-ins are accepted until 11:45 PM (no later than this time).

Check-out is by 10:00 AM; any delays will incur an additional charge of €15 for each additional hour.

To ensure a trouble-free stay, we ask that you do not disconnect the Wi-Fi; the access system to the apartment may not function properly.

Please remember that respecting the house rules is essential; any violations may result in penalties.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We also offer a crib service for families. However, we need to know this in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental supplement is only €20.
For separate beds, there's a €15 charge.
