Thanks to its large windows, it is very bright. The apartment consists of a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.

-The bedroom offers a large closet for storing your clothes and a double bed.

-The bathroom is equipped with a bidet, toilet, sink, shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook every meal of the day. You can use the coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, induction stove, pans, pots, cutlery, plates, and glasses! (We provide complimentary coffee.)

The living room features a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, a TV, and even a dining table.

The apartment is air-conditioned, with heating and air conditioning, and has free Wi-Fi with speeds up to 1 Gbps, perfect for work video calls, downloading large files, browsing social media, or simply watching a movie.

It also has a washing machine, which you can use free of charge.

Late checkouts will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.

PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM). IF YOU WILL BE LATE OR EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is a €50 surcharge for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

There is a €15 per hour surcharge for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib service for families. However, we need to know this in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby. The rental fee is only €20. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
