It can accommodate up to 9 people and is located in one of Milan's most popular neighborhoods, NoLo, a popular destination for both young people and families.

Thanks to the nearby public transportation, you can quickly reach all areas of Milan.

The apartment, with its refined and elegant style, is very bright thanks to Velux windows in every room.

It consists of a living area, three bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

The living area is spacious, with a sofa that converts into a bed for maximum comfort, a TV, a coat rack, and a dining table.

The kitchen is bright and fully equipped for preparing your favorite dishes: induction stovetop, sink, plates, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and 6 stools for sharing.
A washing machine is also available for free use during your stay.

The first bedroom is large and features a double bed, a work area with a desk and a comfortable chair, two coat racks, and a chest of drawers for storing your personal items.

The second bedroom offers a large double bed and a chest of drawers for your clothes.

The third bedroom includes a double bed, a single bed, and a desk, perfect for those working remotely.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, towels for each guest, and a complimentary toiletries kit.

The apartment is equipped with heating.

It also has free Wi-Fi, allowing you to browse the Internet or work remotely quickly and without interruptions.

Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we will hand over your digital keys.

There is a €50 surcharge for check-in after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

Late check-out after 10:00 AM is subject to a €15 surcharge per hour.

FAIRING ABUSE OF THE HOUSE RULES WILL RESULT IN A FINE.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib service for families. However, we need to know this in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby. The rental fee is only €20. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
