Our apartment is very bright thanks to the colors we selected.

It has a totally modern design with prestigious furniture.

The apartment is very chic and is divided into a living room, kitchen, sleeping area, and bathroom.

- The living room features a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, a TV where you can relax after a busy day, and a dedicated work space with a chair and desk, suitable for those who work remotely.

The kitchen offers everything you need to cook your favorite meal: fridge, freezer, electric oven, induction stove, dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery, sink, and a set of pots and pans.

The sleeping area is reached by stairs, where you'll find a comfortable double bed with sheets and towels.

The bathroom offers every comfort: a shower, toilet, sink, complimentary toiletries for each guest, and a hairdryer.

Exceptionally fast Wi-Fi is available, perfect for remote working but also for uninterrupted browsing.

Heating and air conditioning are available.

Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we will give you your digital keys.

There is a €50 surcharge for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

There is a €15 per hour surcharge for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
