The apartment is very chic and is divided into: living room, kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom.

-The living room has a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, a TV where you can relax after a busy day and a space dedicated to work with chair and desk, suitable for those who work smart.

-The kitchen offers everything you need to cook your favorite dish: fridge, freezer, electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery, sink, set of pots and pans.

-The sleeping area can be reached by stairs where you will find a very comfortable double bed equipped with sheets and a set of towels.

-The bathroom offers all comforts: shower cubicle, toilet, sink, free courtesy kit for each guest and hairdryer.

There is particularly fast Wi-Fi, perfect for smart working but also for browsing in peace without interruptions.

There is an extra cost of €50 for check-in after 9.00 pm. We accept check-ins until 11.45pm and no later. There is an extra cost of €15 per hour in case of late check-out after 10:00.
