Just a few steps away, you’ll find Pasteur metro station on Milan Metro Line 1, which will take you in minutes to Duomo di Milano, Milano Centrale railway station, and all the main attractions of the city.

The neighborhood is full of cafés, traditional restaurants, design shops, and supermarkets, ideal for experiencing Milan like a local. The area also offers green spaces and relaxing spots, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure stays.

The space

The space is rustic and original, featuring parquet floors and carefully chosen colors that create a lively and welcoming environment.

The apartment includes a living area, open kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, and is very bright thanks to the selected color palette.

You’ll find:

Living area: a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, and a TV for relaxing while watching a movie.

Open kitchen: fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals: gas stove, pots, pans, utensils, sink, coffee machine, dining table, fridge, and freezer.

Bedroom: spacious with a large double bed, sheets, pillows, and duvet. A wardrobe is provided to store your belongings conveniently.

Bathroom: tiled floor, shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, and hairdryer.

A welcome kit is also provided for your convenience.

The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work or streaming without interruptions.

Air conditioning and heating ensure maximum comfort in every season.

Guest access

In-person identification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. Once you complete the physical check-in, you will receive your digital keys.

⚠️ Do not unplug the Wi-Fi router! You risk not being able to enter the apartment.

Please respect the check-in time (3:00 PM – 9:00 PM). If you plan to arrive earlier or later, please notify us via chat. Thank you.

Late check-in after 9:00 PM costs €50. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM at the latest.

Late check-out after 10:00 AM costs €15 per hour.

Failure to respect house rules may result in a penalty.
