The space
You will have a large apartment, recently renovated and cared for in every detail to ensure a comfortable and unforgettable stay.

The apartment consists of a bright living area with an open kitchen, an elegant bedroom, a private bathroom and a laundry area.

- Living Room Area: Spacious and welcoming, the living area is furnished with a sofa that transforms into a comfortable sofa bed, complete with sheets, pillows and duvet to guarantee maximum comfort and a TV where you can watch a film in total relaxation.

-Kitchen: Perfect for every culinary need, it is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans and a dining table where you can enjoy your favorite dishes.

-Bedroom: Chic and refined, the room has a large double bed, complete with fresh sheets and towels for each guest. You will also find a large wardrobe to store your personal belongings.

-Bathroom: Elegant and functional, the bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer and a complimentary courtesy set for each guest, for a touch of extra comfort.

-Laundry: You will find a washing machine where you can wash your personal belongings for free.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating to guarantee maximum comfort throughout the year.

Personal recognition is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you physically check in, we will give you the digital keys.

Those who will be late at check-out, there will be a penalty to pay through Airbnb.

We do not let the guest stay when we do not have the documents.

There is an extra cost for check-in after 9:00 pm of €50. We accept check-in up to 11:45 pm and no later.

Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a cot service for families, but we need to know in advance so that we can prepare everything necessary for your baby. The rental supplement is only €20.

UPON REQUEST YOU WILL HAVE THE POSSIBILITY OF TRAVELLING BY TAXI AT A CONVENIENT PRICE.

-The Milan Cathedral is only 15 minutes away by public transport (only 7 stops), you will find the red metro near the house where you will be staying.
-The Central Station is only a 15 minute walk away, but you can still use public transport and it will only take 15 minutes (bus 87 or the metro).

In the area we find many guarded and free parking lots, but a car is not always necessary because the area is very organized and well served by public transport:

-M1 (red metro), to visit Milan.
-Bus: 174, 43, 44, 51, 52, 53, 81.
