The space
A modern and newly renovated second-floor apartment, located in the lively Nolo neighborhood, full of parks, restaurants, bars, and pubs.

The apartment offers a living area with an open kitchen, a bedroom, and a private bathroom.

The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for up to 4 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, induction stove, sink, dishes, pots and pans, and a coffee maker, so you can prepare your favorite meals.

The elegant bathroom features a spacious shower, toilet, bidet, sink, washing machine, hairdryer, and towels.
We'll also provide a courtesy kit with soap and shampoo.

The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we'll hand you your digital keys.

There is a €50 surcharge for check-in after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

There is a €15 per hour surcharge for late checkout after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE FINED.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer crib services for families, but we need to let you know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby. The rental fee is only €20. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.

UPON REQUEST, YOU CAN GET AROUND BY TAXI AT A REASONABLE PRICE.

-Milan Cathedral is just 15 minutes away by public transport (only 7 stops), and the red metro line is close to where you'll be staying.
-Central Station is just a 15-minute walk away, but you can still use public transport and it will only take 15 minutes (bus 87 or the metro).

There are plenty of secure and free parking spaces in the area, but a car isn't always necessary because the area is well-organized and well-served by public transport:

-M1 (red metro line), for visiting Milan.
-Buses: 174, 43, 44, 51, 52, 53, 81.
