The space
You'll have access to two apartments, each with a minimalist and sophisticated style, meticulously designed to make your stay unique and unforgettable. Suitable for up to 8 people.

You'll stay in two apartments: Nature House and Atene House.

Nature House accommodates up to 4 people. It's a loft with a unique design, meticulously designed to make your stay unforgettable.

The apartment is on two floors, with a modern style and high-quality furnishings that convey a sense of elegance.

Nature House's carefully selected LED lighting makes the apartment bright and will leave you speechless.

It features a living area, an open-plan kitchen, and a bathroom. The sleeping area is located downstairs.

The living area: you'll find a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, a wall unit with a SMART TV, and a dining table.

The kitchen is located off the living area; it's equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. It includes an induction stovetop, sink, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, and a set of pots and pans.

The bathroom is comfortable, with a spacious shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries for each guest.

The sleeping area, the bedroom, is located downstairs. A spacious double bed, provided with sheets and towels for each guest, and a large closet for storing your belongings.

Atene House accommodates up to four people. It's a two-room apartment with a boho-chic yet refined style, thanks to the high-quality furnishings selected by us.

The apartment is bright thanks to the neutral colors and designer ceramic tiles.

It is divided into a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

The apartments offer completely free Wi-Fi, ensuring you can surf the web or work remotely quickly and without interruptions. They are equipped with air conditioning and heating.

Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we will hand over your digital keys.

There is a €50 surcharge for check-in after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM.

There is a €15 per hour surcharge for late checkout after 10:00 AM.
