Ubarn House, adapts to a maximum capacity of 4 people.
Urban House, recalls the somewhat urban style, with a touch of totally modern design with quite prestigious furniture.

The apartment has been designed to satisfy all the guest's needs, down to the smallest detail, making it unforgettable.

It is located in one of the coolest areas of Milan, structured by a living room area with open kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom.

-The Living Room area features a sofa that turns into a sofa bed and a SMART TV where you can watch in total relaxation after a long day.


-The open kitchen offers everything you need to make the apartment well-stocked to cook your favorite dish: fridge, freezer, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher, sink, plates, glasses, pots/pans set, utensils kitchen and coffee machine (coffee is free from us).


-The bedroom has a large double bed, an equally large wardrobe where you can store your clothes and personal effects.


-The bathroom has all the comforts: large shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink, towels, mirror, hairdryer and free courtesy kit for each guest.

It is a Loft with a design never seen before, with attention to the smallest details to make your stay unforgettable.

The apartment is on two floors, with a modern style, the high quality furnishings that give a sense of elegance make it unique.

The Nature House, thanks to the chosen LEDs, makes the apartment bright and leaves you speechless.

It has a living room area, open kitchen, bathroom and on the lower floor we will find the sleeping area.

-The Living Room area: you will find a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, a wall equipped with a SMART TV that you can use and a dining table.

-The kitchen is located in the living room area; It has everything you need to cook your favorite dish.
It has an induction hob, sink, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and set of pots/pans.

-The bathroom is comfortable, a large shower cubicle, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer and you will be provided with a courtesy kit for each guest.

-On the lower floor we will find the sleeping area, the bedroom.

Athens House, adapts to a maximum capacity of 4 people.
It is a two-room apartment with a Boho Chic but refined style thanks to the high quality furnishings selected by us.

The apartment is bright, thanks to the neutral colors chosen and the ceramic tiles with designer patterns.

It is divided into a living room area with open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

-The Living Room area: you will find a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, a wall equipped with a SMART TV that you can use and a dining table.


-The kitchen is located in the living room area; It has everything you need to cook your favorite dish.
It has an induction hob, sink, minibar, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and set of pots/pans.


-The bedroom offers a bed, a large wardrobe where you can place your personal effects and a space dedicated to those who work from Smart Working.



-The bathroom is comfortable, a large shower cubicle, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer and you will be provided with a courtesy kit for each guest.
