You will have the entire apartment at your disposal, tastefully furnished and designed for maximum comfort.

-🚿 Private bathroom: equipped with a modern shower, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries 🧴.

Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we will give you digital keys.

Late checkouts will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.

PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM). IF YOU WILL BE LATE OR EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is a €50 surcharge for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

There is a €15 per hour surcharge for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer crib services for families. However, we need to know this in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
Separate beds cost €15.

We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
