The Green Room is suitable for 3 people. We chose the name Green Room because the main colors dominate: black and green, which make our apartment unique.

The apartment is structured in a living room area, open kitchen and bathroom.

-The Living Room area consists of a double bed, a sofa that converts into a sofa bed and a TV that you can easily use.

-The kitchen is open and has all the essentials for cooking your favorite dish: pots, pans, induction hob, sink, dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery, coffee machine, minibar, dining table and chairs for every guest.

-The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower, bidet, sink, hairdryer and courtesy kit for each guest.

Extras you will find: washing machine that you can use for free, iron and ironing board.

The Yellow Room can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. It is ready to welcome you with a totally minimalist and sophisticated style, with attention to the smallest details to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable.

The tiles are selected specifically for this apartment, highlighting minimalism and sophistication.

We chose the name Yellow Room because the main colors dominate: black and yellow, which make our apartment unique.

The house is structured in a living room area, open kitchen, laundry room and bathroom.

-The living room area has a large double bed and a sofa that can be transformed into a sofa bed. Furthermore, you will find a TV where you can watch a film with friends or simply relax. You can store your personal belongings in the wardrobe you will find at the entrance.

-The kitchen is open and you will find all the essentials to cook your favorite dish: dishwasher, set of pans, set of pots, glasses, cutlery, plates, sink, induction hob, coffee machine, minibar, oven, a dining table and three chairs.

-The bathroom is equipped with sink, bidet, shower, toilet, hairdryer and courtesy kit for each guest.

At the entrance you will find several hallways, where there is a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The apartments offer totally free WIFI, guaranteeing you can browse or work in smart working in total speed and without interruptions.

They are equipped with air conditioning and heating.
