You will have access to two apartments, each with a minimalist and sophisticated style, designed with attention to every detail to make your stay unique and unforgettable.

These are: the Green Room and the Yellow Room.

The Green Room is suitable for 3 people. We chose the name Green Room because of the dominant colors: black and green, which make our apartment unique.

The apartment is divided into a living area, an open-plan kitchen, and a bathroom.

The living room features a double bed, a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, and a TV for your convenience.

The open-plan kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meal: pots and pans, an induction stovetop, a sink, a dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery, a coffee maker, a minibar, a dining table, and chairs for each guest.

The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, bidet, sink, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries for each guest.

Additional amenities include a free-to-use washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.

The Yellow Room can accommodate up to three guests. It welcomes you with a minimalist and sophisticated style, meticulously designed to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable.

The tiles were specially selected for this apartment, highlighting its minimalism and sophistication.

The house is structured around a living room, open-plan kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom.

The living room has a large double bed and a sofa that converts into a sofa bed. There's also a TV where you can watch a movie with friends or simply relax. You can store your belongings in the closet by the entrance.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meal: a dishwasher, a set of pans, pots, glasses, cutlery, plates, a sink, an induction stovetop, a coffee maker, a minibar, an oven, a dining table, and three chairs.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, bidet, shower, toilet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries for each guest.

The entrance hall features several hallways, including the laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The apartments offer free Wi-Fi, ensuring you can browse the Internet or work remotely quickly and without interruptions.

They are equipped with air conditioning and heating.

Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we will hand you your digital keys.
