You will have full access to a prestigious super-large apartment, equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and provide you with total relaxation.

-10 minutes from the M1 (to reach the center of Milan in 20 minutes, the San Siro stadium and the Fiera Milano exhibition space) and from Monza, a city famous for its racetrack.
-10 minutes from the Sesto San Giovanni train station, which connects with frequent trains, tourist locations such as Milan, Lake Lecco and Como.
The space
A modern apartment, 180 square meters on a single floor, furnished with a modern design. Comfort house offers 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, and a large living room with a sofa bed. The apartment can accommodate 11 people in maximum comfort, making it ideal for a stay for work or vacation. Numerous amenities are available to guests: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, cot, Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment is very bright, thanks to its large windows, it is located on the first floor and overlooks a condominium space, which guarantees maximum privacy.
Comfort House is equipped with a security door and double-glazed windows, which guarantee safety and tranquility.
Guest access
Whoever checks out late will have a penalty to pay via Airbnb.
It is mandatory to fill in the link we sent. We do not allow guests to stay if we do not have the documents.

Extra cost for check-in after 9:00 pm of €50. We accept check-in until 11:45 pm and no later.
Extra cost for late checkout after 10:00 am of €15 per hour.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
-Additional services: luggage storage (free), linen change and/or ordinary restoration on request (for a fee) and to make your stay more comfortable, the “shopping at home” service is available on request (you will find the products you requested in the apartment), at a cost of €25 per purchase.

HOUSE RULES:
-IT IS FORBIDDEN TO ORGANIZE PARTIES
-The house is inside a condominium, therefore, from 10 pm to 8 am it is forbidden to make noises, which could disturb the neighborhood
-It is mandatory to recycle waste
-It is forbidden to smoke inside
-Parking space inside the property, subject to availability (€10 per night)
