You will have full access to a prestigious, super-large apartment, equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and provide you with total relaxation.

-10 minutes from the M1 (to reach the center of Milan in 20 minutes, the San Siro stadium and the Fiera Milano exhibition space) and from Monza, a city famous for its racetrack.
-10 minutes from the Sesto San Giovanni train station, which connects with frequent trains, tourist locations such as Milan, Lake Lecco and Como.
The space
A prestigious apartment, 200 square meters on a single floor, with elegant finishes and large spaces both outside and inside. Prestige has 3 bedrooms with TV, 2 bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi and one with a shower, an equipped kitchen and 2 sofa beds in a large living room, from which you can access a spacious terrace equipped with a table, chairs and umbrella. The apartment can accommodate 11 people in maximum comfort, making it ideal for a stay for work or vacation. At the complete disposal of guests, numerous comforts: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, cot, Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment is located on the first and last floor and overlooks a green space, which guarantees maximum privacy. Prestige is equipped with a security door and double-glazed windows, which guarantee safety and tranquility.
Guest access
Whoever is late at checkout, there will be a penalty to pay via Airbnb.
It is mandatory to fill in the link sent by us. We do not allow the guest to stay if we do not have the documents.

An extra cost of €50 is foreseen in case of check-in after 9:00 pm. We accept check-ins until 11:45 pm and no later.
There is an extra cost in case of late checkout after 10:00 am of €15 per hour.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
-Additional services: luggage storage (free), linen change and/or ordinary restoration on request (for a fee) and to make your stay more comfortable, the "shopping at home" service is available on request (you will find the products you requested in the apartment), at a cost of €25 per purchase.

HOUSE RULES:
-IT IS FORBIDDEN TO ORGANIZE PARTIES
-The house is inside a condominium, therefore, from 10 pm to 8 am it is forbidden to make noises, which could disturb the neighborhood
-It is mandatory to recycle waste
-It is forbidden to smoke inside
-Parking space inside the property, subject to availability (€10 per night)
