The space
Modern apartment, recently renovated and equipped with every comfort.

Sesto Living Suite has a large living room with a smart TV and a comfortable sofa that turns into a bed when needed, in the next room there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a TV, to make your stay pleasant.

There is also a new kitchen, which contains everything you need, in fact, at the complete disposal of guests there are: various kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machines, microwave, induction hob, oven and even a dishwasher! In addition, at the complete disposal of guests numerous comforts: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Smart TV, washing machine.

Finally, there is a large bathroom, in which, in the first part there is a laundry corner with a large washing machine, while in the second part a large tub, which can also be used as a shower.
Guest access
Whoever is late at checkout, there will be a penalty to pay via Airbnb.
It is mandatory to fill in the link sent by us. We do not let the guest stay when we do not have the documents.

An extra cost of €50 is foreseen in case of check-in after 9:00 pm. We accept check-ins until 11:45 pm and no later.
There is an extra cost in case of late checkout after 10:00 am of €15 per hour.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.
Other things to keep in mind
-Additional services: luggage storage (free), linen change and/or ordinary restoration on request (for a fee) and to make your stay more comfortable, the "shopping at home" service is available on request (you will find the products you requested in the apartment), at a cost of €25 per purchase.

- IT IS FORBIDDEN TO ORGANIZE PARTIES
- The house is inside a condominium, therefore, from 10 pm to 8 am it is forbidden to make noises, which could disturb the neighborhood
- It is mandatory to recycle waste
- Smoking is prohibited inside
- Parking space inside the property, subject to availability (€10 per night)
