Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you physically check in, we will hand over your digital keys.
If minors are staying with you, an adult must be present, as required by Italian law.

There is an extra charge of €50 for check-in after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

Late check-out after 10:00 AM is subject to an extra charge of €15 per hour.

Other things to keep in mind
We also offer crib service for families, but we need to let you know in advance so we can prepare everything you need for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.

UPON REQUEST, YOU CAN TRAVEL BY TAXI AT A REASONABLE PRICE.

There is a €6.30 tourist tax per night per person, payable after booking, upon check-in.
