The space
You'll have access to a spacious two-room apartment, meticulously designed to make your stay unforgettable.

The modern style and carefully selected colors make the apartment bright and welcoming.

The apartment is divided into a living area, a sleeping area, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

-Living room: Equipped with a velvet sofa that converts into a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table with stools.

-Kitchen: Open-plan, it offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meal, including a refrigerator, induction stove, sink, oven, microwave, dishes, cutlery, and a set of pots and pans.

-Sleeping Area: Equipped with a large double bed, sheets, pillows, and a duvet.

-Bathroom: Spacious, with a large shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, sink, and complimentary toiletries for each guest.

Wi-Fi is free and very fast, perfect for work video calls, downloading large files, browsing social media, or simply watching a movie.

The apartment is heated.
Guest Access
Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we will give you your digital keys.

Anyone checking out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.

PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM). IF YOU WILL BE LATE OR EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is a €50 surcharge for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins up to 11:45 PM.

There is a €15 per hour surcharge for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.

We also offer crib services for families, but we need to let you know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
We simply ask you to let us know as soon as possible.
