The space
You'll have access to an entire apartment on the second floor, recently renovated with a minimalist style.

This wonderful apartment will certainly be bright, thanks to the color scheme chosen for it.

It features all the comforts you need to relax and enjoy complete tranquility.

-The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a sofa bed, a single bed, a TV, and storage space.

-The kitchen is well-organized and offers everything you need to cook your favorite dishes.
You'll find: refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, sink, dishes, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, cookware, and a coffee maker.

The chic bathroom features a large shower, toilet, bidet, sink, washing machine, hairdryer, and towels. We'll also provide a complimentary courtesy kit including shower gel, soap, and shampoo.

It also has free Wi-Fi, allowing you to browse the internet or work remotely quickly and seamlessly.

It sleeps 3 people.

Heating and cooling are independently controlled.

Personal identification is mandatory at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in, we'll give you your digital keys.

Anyone checking out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.

PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN TIMES (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM). IF YOU WILL BE LATE OR EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN CHAT! THANK YOU.

There is a €50 surcharge for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM.

There is a €15 per hour surcharge for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.

IF YOU DO NOT RESPECT THE HOUSE RULES, THERE WILL BE A PENALTY.

We also offer crib services for families, but we need to let you know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
We simply ask you to let us know as soon as possible.
